Description:
The post involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams and will involve the recruitment and the collection and documentation of accurate data throughout the patients participation in the trial. As a research nurse you will be responsible for direct and indirect care, assessing and managing the care pathways of patients and carers, educating and supporting them and acting as their advocate at all times The role will involve raising the profile of research and focusing on increasing the recruitment of patients into clinical trials on time and target. This in line with the objectives of the Department of Health, National Institute for Health Research, through the Clinical Research Network; Yorkshire and Humber, research sponsors and funders
