As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting their customers with all aspects of their daily living in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide safe, reliable, and compassionate care tailored to each customer’s unique needs and wishes.
- Respect and promote the dignity of each customer, ensuring care is provided with informed consent.
- Monitor and report any changes or concerns about a customer’s condition to the line manager promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of customers’ personal and medical information.
- Follow care and support plans, assisting with personal care, medication, meal preparation, housework, and more.
- Engage customers in social, physical, and mental activities to promote well-being.
- Record and report care provided, changes in condition, emergencies, and other relevant information.
