  One of our businesses - Age Up is hiring for Care Companions in Toorak, Doncaster, Box Hill, Glen Iris, Glen Waverly, Mount Evelyn, Bayswater, Ringwood and surrounding areas.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate would be someone who can be proactive in supporting an individual with unique needs and preferences in their daily living activities. They would also need to commit to work arrangements required to attend to the physical, psychological, and social support needs of our clients.
You will be first and foremost a compassionate, friendly and a patient person. You will genuinely have the drive to make a positive impact in people’s lives.
You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role including but not limited to aged care, disability support, nursing and allied health.
You will be comfortable working with clients in a personal care role including duties such as showering and assisting with dressing, and you will perform these duties while maintaining the absolute respect and dignity of the client.
