Reports to: Care Farms’ Assistant Manager
Salary: £9,590.00 - £10,000.38 (depending on experience)
Contract/Hours: Permanent 15 hours per week (Wednesday and Friday). Term time (40 weeks)
Based at: The Willows Care Farm, Broughton Gifford

This work is the basis of our alternative education provision and has proved successful and popular with a wide range of commissioners, students and their carers. Accordingly, we are looking for an inspiring, knowledgeable, committed and experienced Education & Wellbeing Officer at The Willows, Broughton Gifford
Working alongside the Care Farms’ Manager, Assistant Managers and our experienced staff team, the post holder will be responsible for leading the daily delivery of one-to-one nature-based therapeutic activities for children, young people and adults with additional needs, mental health, social and communication difficulties, and those in need of emotional support. Experience of working one-to-one with children and young people with additional needs is essential, as is an understanding of person-centred practice and the use of nature, animals and creativity to support the holistic education of the children and young people with whom we work.
