Alana Home Care is currently seeking a Full Time Care Liaison to join our growing team. We have an immediate opportunity to work with our clients in Knoxville, Tennessee. We make no exceptions in trying to hire the best in every position and we hope that next great hire is you!
The Care Liaison supports company growth through the consultative selling of Alana services speaking with prospective clients to educate them on our services. Our ideal candidate has experience in an elder/disability care capacity, whether as a LPN, Client Care Manager or Marketing role in a related field.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Answering calls from referral sources, prospective clients and/or their family members to educate them about our services.
- Performing on site intake assessments in clients’ homes
- Visiting and arranging local meetings with potential referral sources to develop new business relationships and referral networks.
- Representing Alana Home Care and our services in a professional and creative manner.
Requirements:
Job Requirements:
- One year of experience in client services in an elder care or disability care capacity
- Related Sales and Marketing experience
- Licensed as an LPN in the State of TN
