Description:
CARE MANAGER
This is an exciting opportunity for a Care Manager to lead the clinical team and ensure high standards of quality care across the residential aged care facility. Monitor quality, creating continuous improvement plans and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current AHPRA registration with experience as a Registered Nurse within an aged care facility
- Demonstrated experience as a leader within a residential aged care facility
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care QualityStandards
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Passion for value driven quality care
