Where are you now or where have you been?
As a registered nurse with a current AHPRA registration, our focus is on finding the right person with the required capabilities or a willingness to develop capabilities where you don’t have them – you are open to learning! Having worked in Aged Care previously may be advantageous but is not essential. We believe in fostering diversity of thought and diversity of experience, so coming from a hospital or clinical setting where you have been developing leadership and mentoring capabilities will be appealing to us.
