Description:

Role Introduction:
As the Care Marketing Manager, you will plan, deliver and evaluate marketing campaigns using ABM that promote our innovative software solutions to the UK care sector, to achieve pipeline targets and drive the revenue growth of the Health and Care commercial unit.
Our focus is to achieve very ambitious growth targets for the Care sector over the next 3 years and this role is pivotal to achieving success.
Reporting into the Marketing Director, with a dotted line onto the VP of Care, this fast-paced and exciting role provides the opportunity to work in a growing and dynamic Health and Care commercial unit.
You will have exceptional leadership and line management skills, planning, analysis and communication skills and be comfortable delivering activity across multiple channels – offline, digital and ABM.
You will be responsible for executing traditional lead generation marketing, including trade exhibitions, webinars, emails, social media, LinkedIn paid ads and webpage updates. In addition, you will also be responsible for planning and delivering Account Based management (ABM) campaigns to both existing customers and external prospects in the care market.
You will need to foster excellent relationships with the VP of Care, the Care New Business Sales team and the Care Account Management team; as well as manage regular interaction with the central brand and marketing operations teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop the Care Marketing strategy working with the Marketing Director & VP of Care
  • Create, schedule, and publish content aimed at UK care sector audiences (blogs, webinars, social media and whitepapers)
  • Plan, coordinate and schedule ABM campaigns to the leading care organisations
  • Plan, coordinate and schedule email marketing campaigns on the company’s email marketing platform (Marketo)
  • Plan, coordinate and schedule paid ad campaigns (GoogleAds, LinkedIn)
  • Liaise with our in-house digital team to support the delivery of PPC campaigns
  • Ensure that the webpages are up to date on our Content Management System (Optimizely)
  • Drive continuous website conversion rate improvements (CRO) for inbound leads
  • Proof-read and approve published content (blogs, articles)
  • Plan and coordinate our presence at trade exhibitions, in partnership with the Events Team
  • Plan and coordinate customer events, in partnership with the Events Team
  • Plan, coordinate and schedule a regular series of live webinars
  • Liaise with our in-house creative services team of designers to produce new artwork
  • Liaise with our external PR agency to support the delivery of PR campaigns
  • Manage the partnership with care industry partners (CareEngland)
  • The Care Marketing Manager will have direct line management responsibility for:
  • Marketing Executive (Care)
  • Content executive (Care)

What You Will Have:

  • At least 7 years marketing experience in a commercial business. Ideally you will have experience of marketing SaaS and in the health and care market.
  • At least 3 years line management experience.
  • Commercial focus, growth mindset and targets focus
  • Exceptional planning & coordination skills (campaigns, exhibitions)
  • Professional communication skills (internal and external stakeholders)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and trust
  • Good analytical and numerical skills to monitor and evaluate campaign success
  • Strong reporting skills to share results of campaigns with stakeholders
  • Experience in using CMS, social media, and email marketing systems
  • To join our face-to-face meetings and workshops, office working in The Mailbox, Birmingham will be required on a regular basis
  • To coordinate our presence at events, travel and overnight stays will be required at times
