Care - Sales and Marketing Manager

4M Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Manager for a Care Home Provider based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire.

The main purpose of this role will be to assist in delivering the sales and marketing strategy for the care home including:

• Dealing with customer enquiries
• Developing and implementing local sales and marketing plans to raise awareness and generate enquiries as well as increase brand awareness
• Promote and integrate the home and its services with local community groups
• CRM customer management
• Create and maintain printed material across the local area
• Building a social media awareness and presence
• Hold in-home, virtual and external events for both B2B and B2C audiences
• Support the Home Manager with home viewing appointments where required

The ideal candidate will have some of the following skills, experience and attributes:

• Experience in a Sales Executive, Business Development or Sales Enquiry Generation based role with excellent customer service based skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Organised
• Self starter
• Enjoys working to targets
• Good presentation skills
• Passion for customer excellence and helping others

In return the client is offering a salary of up to £45,000 and an attractive OTE as well fantastic benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension and many other benefits including Blue Light Discount Card and discounts at many retail and leisure venues.
