ABOUT THE ROLE
BaptistCare Kintyre Lodge is seeking a Catering Assistant on a casual, part time and full time basis to present and deliver high quality nutritious meals to our residents. You will enjoy working in a large team who are committed and being able make a difference in the lives of residents.
DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Assistance in basic meal preparation and serving
- Making tea and coffee
- Assisting Chefs with food prep when required
- Working to achieve and maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Checking and recording temperature of food
- Following all Food Safety Guidelines and HACCP program
- Assisting with deliveries of stock and stock rotation
