An exciting opportunity now exists for an Administrator/Administrative Assistant. to join the Mowlam Care Services Team located in the Limerick Support Office.
SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES, QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Office Administration.
- Strong skills in verbal and written communication, as well as a good understanding of database concepts and clinical data management systems.
- Ability to organise multiple projects and maintain focus, ability to manage competing priorities effectively (flexible and adaptable approach, ability to multi-task effectively).
- Work well with project leads, manage time efficiently, be able to solve problems proactively, be detail-oriented and goal-oriented. Make timely, intuitive decisions to achieve successful outcome.
- Possess strong organisational skills, an ability to handle tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail, precision and accuracy are essential.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Awareness of data protecton requirements.

Responsibilities:
The Administrator/Admnistrative Assistant will:
- Provide information and prepare reports as required by the Regulatory Compliance Officer.
- Understand data information systems that operate within the organisation, including EpicCare, ViClarity and administration systems.
- Prepare all necessary documentation for HIQA and associated records in accordance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that filing systems are up to date.
- To provide a high level of administrative support to the Care Services Team as determined by the Regulatory Compliance Officer.
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and meeting materials and distribute minutes.
- Provide administrative support for the review of company documents as required.
- Develop and maintain effective office information processes and implement robust and organised filing procedures for all data.
- Work with and provide administrative support to other functions within the Mowlam Support Office if required.
