We are currently seeking experienced Care Workers to provide daily support to our residents at Bethanie Beachside Aged Care Home located in Yanchep. Bethanie Beachside is one of our larger sites with 160 beds and residents have the choice of single or double rooms. We offer a range of amenities, from secure dementia care through to on site cafe services and a busy social calendar.
You will support our residents to improve their quality of life by assisting with day to day activities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing is maintained while building positive and professional relationships with residents and team members.
Our Care Workers are an integral part of the care and support we provide to our residents. These roles are offered on a casual basis, working to cover mainly afternoon and evening shifts from 3pm - 10pm. There will also be an opportunity to accept additional shifts when required.

• Assess care plans and ensure residents’ needs are met
• Ensure services (including food, laundry, personal care, domestic and interest) are delivered in a timely and safe manner
• Deliver personal care tasks (including toileting and showering) with dignity and respect
• Ensure residents’ rooms and the facility environment is maintained to an appropriate standard
