DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

CCIBT Vulnerability Remediation team is open to the following location: Charlotte, NC

  • Information technology experience
  • Business systems analysis or design experience
  • Experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in Excel
  • SQL experience

CCIBT Platform Management & Resolution team is open to the following locations: Charlotte, NC; North Brunswick, NJ

  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Windows and/or Red Hat Linux operating systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

CCIBT Technology Architecture & Engineering team is open to the following location: Charlotte, NC

  • Knowledge of CRM application support including some experience supporting Salesforce and MS Dynamics
  • Understanding of ETL and data movement
  • Microsoft Azure certification
  • Understanding of networking and storage capabilities
  • Experience working on cloud applications
  • Experience with CI/CD releases AZ900 Certification
  • Salesforce Admin Certification

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking Systems Operations Associates for the Technology division in the Commercial and Corporate Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT) teams across multiple locations. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com/en/business-divisions .

In these roles, you may:

  • Provide technical systems support for issues and initiatives related to applications, systems, databases, or other technical products and services within Systems Operations business area
  • Review basic or tactical technical issues
  • Evaluate queries to extract Systems Operations data
  • Create standard databases
  • Identify gaps in current technology process
  • Recommend appropriate information technology changes
  • Receive direction from supervisors and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported system area
  • Evaluate or review queries, update or write documentation and procedures, and provide related technical training
  • Provide technical information of the supported system area to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal customers
