JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GCE ’N’ Level
• Preferably with experience in Security
• Pleasant and friendly mannerisms, with the ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances.
• Able to perform shift work, including working on weekends and public.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Assistant Manager and above of Security Operations in monitoring, supervising and deployments to ensure that they are done effectively at all times.
• Patrol and monitor resort properties / critical installations proactively and to attend to any untoward incident according to the approved procedures.
• Ensure and maintain the customer service standards.
• Control, contain, and / or neutralize any robbery, criminal hostage or criminal attack within property, according to the approved procedures.
• Act as the casino’s Responsible Gaming Ambassador and provide advice to the patrons according to the regulator’s expectations and the resorts’ SOPs.
• Manage, train and conduct audits for the outsourced security to ensure compliance and knowledge efficiency.
