Description:
- Remuneration range $104,689 to $113,382 pa
- Full-time continuing appointment

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the career development and employability learning for students in schools and people from non-education groups, towards increasing the participation in and access to higher education and supporting students’ development to transition more effectively into post-secondary education or work. In doing so, you will:
- Support the design and delivery of evidence-based, scaffolded career education programs for school students, people from non-education cohorts, educators, and influencers.
- Contribute to the delivery of educative on-campus career events that support career and study decision-making skills, confidence in attending post-secondary education, and knowledge and awareness of career and education pathways.
- Foster career development and holistic education theories and practices to shape educative programs that respond to educational reform, national workforce needs, and in alignment with institutional strategic priorities.
- Have the knowledge of, and ability to apply, equitable and inclusive learning practices that reflect community needs, and support the University’s objectives in working as part of the Queensland Widening Participation Consortium.
