Let’s talk about this role
This is a 4 day per week position as a Career Pathway Programs Lead.
In this role you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive career pathway programs that support individuals who are early in career join nib.
This role involves strategic planning, program development, and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to proactively source opportunities for career pathway programs across the business and ensure successful implementation of these programs.

Day to day you will be involved in:

  • Implement and manage career pathway programs including graduates, trainees, interns, etc
  • Work with external partners, such as educational institutions and industry organisations, to develop additional career pathway opportunities and build nib’s brand in the market as an employer of choice for those early in career
  • Promote career pathway programs within nib

The successful person for this role will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
You consider yourself a strong networker with established relationships in the community. You’re able to confidently promote what nib has to offer, with a particular focus on the career pathways program.

Furthermore, we’re looking for:

  • Qualifications in Human Resources or Psychology at a bachelor’s level
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
