Responsibilities:
We have exciting opportunities to join our supportive team at Bob Owens Retirement Village as a Caregiver. This is a Cover Pool position working across all shifts. Flexibility is essential for this role as you may be required to work days, afternoons, or nights.
In this role you will:
- Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
- Follow our resident’s individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for your own mum, dad, nana or poppa
- Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
- Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment
