Our office is located in Huntington Beach and we also serve Fountain Valley, Garden Grove, Westminster, Anaheim, Santa Ana, and surrounding areas.

Comfort Keepers is in need for experienced caregivers/Home Health Aides

• bring a spirited character and joy to others
• Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) Morning (8a-12p), afternoon, (1p-6p), and evenings (6p-10p), shifts available.
• Perform personal care, safe transfers, showers, housekeeping, and errands
• Willingness to expand your current skill level if required
• Alzheimer’s Care
• Quadraplegic Care
• Parkinson’s Care
• Limited Mobility

DESIRED CAREGIVER APPLICANTS WILL MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• HCA Eligible, or have PCA, HHA, CNA license or at least one year of professional caregiving experience
• Valid Driver’s License, Automobile Insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Submit to Criminal Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record
• Submit to Pre-Employment Drug Screening
• Negative TB test or CXR
• Ability to use phone technology for client note taking and scheduling phone app

• Establish open communication and develop friendly relationships with seniors and their families
• Help seniors with daily tasks such as light housekeeping, organization, and cooking of meals
• Accompany seniors to the grocery store, doctor appointments, and other outings
• Organize transportation, assisting getting in/out of your care, safe ambulation
• Transfers, Bed Level Care, wheelchair mobility
• Personal Care/Assist with Bathing, Toileting, peri-care, and dressing
• Be willing to be trained if needed for personal care services.
• Ability to use phone technology for scheduling and client care notes
• Encourage activity and movement
• Inspire a positive, can-do attitude when it comes to daily tasks, appointments, and hobbies
• Maintain a trusting and comforting environment in the home
