Description:

As the caretaking couple, you will be entrusted with the upkeep and smooth operation of a luxurious beach house. Your primary duties will include daily housekeeping, property maintenance, and gardening. You will ensure that the house is always guest-ready and in pristine condition. Additionally, your role will involve preparing meals for the owners or guests, if required. Security and the overall management of the property will also be part of your responsibilities. This role requires a high level of organization, independence, and teamwork.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
No children, dependents, or pets.
Valid driver’s licenses.
