Description:
Job Title: Carpenter
We are seeking 10 experienced Carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field and be capable of working independently or as part of a team. You must be willing to travel for work as we have projects in both Canterbury and Otago.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Carpenter.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of building codes safety regulations and quality standards.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building plans.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:
- Build install and repair structures made of wood or other materials.
- Measure cut and shape wood using hand and power tools.
- Follow blueprints or building plans to meet the needs of clients.
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures as needed.
- Install fixtures such as windows frames floorings and trim.
- Perform maintenance and repair work on existing structures.
