• Responsible for overseeing and managing the relationships with carriers and logistics providers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and logistics providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast transportation needs and plan for carrier capacity.
• Document features and benefits of services.
• Prepare cost benefit analysis.
• Stay up to date with all transport regulations, safety standard and compliance.
• Ensure Huboo adhere to legal and regulatory requirements and shipping guidelines.
• Establish KPI and be able to analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Identify cost-saving and margin improvement opportunities.
• Address transportation issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.
