Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, Between the hours of 8am to 18:00pm (Flexible on candidates requirements)

DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Carrier Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Review daily and weekly performance and proactively manage Carrier performance through KPI analysis, cost control and strategic thinking to ensure we are maximising carrier performance and securing our SLA requirements for our customer
- Regular review sessions held with carriers providing performance feedback and driving efficiencies and improvement for the operations team
- All exceptions are reported i.e. late collection /delivery - Communication to Customer release and follow up teams.
- Work in conjunction with other areas of the account to secure best practice initiatives and deliver into the UK operation while delivering on transformation plans and maximising digitalisation across the carrier network
- Investigate and manage any incident and potential claims from the customer that involves 3rd party carriers
