Responsibilities:

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

This role sits within the Vonage Carrier Management Team (CMT) which is responsible for driving new connectivity globally.
A newly created role, the successful candidate must have mastery of a range of leadership and individual contributor skills to drive the growth of advanced network APIs.
We seek to recruit an experienced Carrier Relations Manager (Global International accounts) and drive business development with CSPs (Communications Service Provider) to join the team. This person will ensure we build relations with CSPs, to ensure the best network connectivity, that will drive our customers’ success. This hands-on role enables Vonage to deliver the high quality and breadth of service our customers expect. Be a central part of building out a new, strategic connectivity business and roadmap at Vonage.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Pitch the market opportunity of Network APIs to CSPs
  • Define the content that differentiates Vonage in the API industry
  • Work hand in hand with Vonage sales to connect API demand with CSP supply
  • Support CSPs Go To Market activities to accelerate API enablement and growth
  • Represent Vonage and its Network API portfolio at external and internal events
  • Work closely with Vonage sales and product to define the business growth strategy
  • Support CSP business case development
  • Aligning with Product team to support Product-Market fit
  • Crafting deals with CSPs to jointly build Network API business
  • Drive Vonage purchase price strategy with CSPs
