DESCRIPTION
This announcement is for a full-time, permanent Health Services Consultant 1 position.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience defined below may have been gained through paid or unpaid activities. Please ensure any relevant experience defined below is outlined in your cover letter, resume, and/or applicant profile.
- Option 1: Five (5) years of providing customer service, technical support, and software and system training by phone, email, or other technology.
OR
- Option 2: Two (2) years’ experience providing direct WIC services at a local clinic.
OR
- Option 3: Two (2) years of WIC Cascades application experience, to include:
- Providing customer service, technical support and application and software training to a broad range of WIC Cascades application users.
- WIC Cascades application software User Acceptance Testing.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience defined below may have been gained through paid or unpaid activities.
- Three (3) years of WIC Cascades application user experience.
- Two (2) years providing technical support to Secure Access Washington (SAW) users.
- Associate degree or higher in computer science or related field.
- Two (2) years of documenting incoming calls / emails in a tracking or ticketing system and using the tracking/ticketing system monitor open “tickets” or issues to resolve to ensure progress and closure.
- One (1) year of experience identifying training or documented process needs and developing training materials, procedures, or processes to guide others.
