Responsibilities:
You will be required to liaise and follow up with HR professionals to provide solutions to queries raised and/or rectify HR data discrepancies. At the same time, you will also facilitate the analysis of operational data to detect, and rectify operational issues and upstream processes. The data and feedback collated would be provided to necessary agencies for sense-making and trending to improve policy formulation, systems and processes.
- Coordinate / Liaise – Correspond with HR professionals to retrieve data and inputs necessary for case resolution. Ensure that responses adhere to organisation guidelines and HR policies.
- Investigate – Conduct investigation on data inaccuracies in SAP-HR systems to determine root cause and provide advice for rectifications. Liaise with data administrators, system integrators, business process owners, policy makers and ground users to rectify data discrepancies.
- Analyse – Maintain accurate file logs to support data collation for trend reporting and analysis. Analyse trends based on data collected and propose solutions to reduce frequencies of queries. Identify the downstream impacts for process improvement.
- Communicate – Provide clear and concise advice and responses to the queries raised via phone call and/or email.
