QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Consult with case teams to effectively develop and apply technical strategies, requirements, and goals. This helps to develop and implement project plans, including data collection, processing, document production, and trial.
- Ensure standard procedures for electronic discovery and litigation support projects are consistently applied throughout the life of the case.
- Provide hands-on technical support, ensuring incoming productions comply with the applicable ESI specifications and addresses deficiencies when found.
- Process requirements and coordinates the completion of processing activities through vendors or internal resource groups.
- Perform quality control of completed processing results, assists with creating and managing review platform databases or workspaces, constructs and runs complex queries.
- Manage document review workflow processes, trains end users, and generates outgoing productions.
- You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
