EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience within social work, school counseling, guidance, or related humanservices preferred.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Detailed, oriented in regard to educational, personal and vocational assessment. Experiencein working with at-risk in and out of school youth

Responsibilities:
- Provide case management services to participants
- Develop working knowledge and relationships with school districts, government, and not-for-profit sectors
- Learn and utilize program specific data tracking system (OSOS)
- Determine eligibility for enrollment into funded programs
- Become familiar with the completion of paperwork necessary for entrance into trainingprograms or college that includes admissions applications, FASFA forms, PELL grants andscholarships
- Respond to consultation requests from educators, employment counselors, participants, andfamilies
- Perform follow-up services suggested and track to ensure quality of care as specified byprogram contracts
- Become familiar and comfortable with providing crisis intervention, assessment, and referralto participants on scheduled or walk-in basis
- Develop and become more comfortable with conducting interviews, counseling and/ormentoring to assist individuals with gaining insight into causes of personal needs andpromotion of personal development
- Participates in the team approach with the education and employment components
- Develop other resources as needed
- Meet quantitative expectations established by the funding sources and agency
- Engage in professional development and in-service trainings
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with the Agency’s Compliance Program, Code of Ethics, laws, regulations, and ethical standards applicable to your job duties
