Case Worker - B&B Outreach
€37,109.46 per annum, 35 hours per week
12 month fixed term
Your New Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that supports migrant households accommodated in pre-reception centers and migrant services. The goal is to support families and individuals with their basic needs to deliver ongoing integration support and to identify move on options and resettlement support.
Essential Criteria
Social Studies /Case Management Accredited Qualification
At least one year working with service users with complex needs and co-ordinating support plans for service users
At least one year of regular use of IT systems with a good proficiency in Excel & Word
Experience of working in liaison with other agencies within the voluntary and statutory sectors
A clear understanding of the case management approach
