Description:
We are looking for a Casenote Clerical Officer who can help deliver an efficient, high quality health records management service. This role is essential in providing safe patient care by ensuring that patient’s health records are available when required.
One of our team members has said “I’ve cancelled my gym membership as I meet my 10,000 steps each day!”
The Casenote Library Clerical Officer works within the Casenote Library Team in the Trust’s offsite Casenote Library. The team provides a casenote library and archive service to the acute clinical services of the Trust. This involves retrieving and filing casenotes in numerical order, scanning casenotes and reviewing casenotes that have met their minimum retention period.
This role provides a great insight into the NHS and requires excellent inter-personal skills when communicating with patients and members of staff at all levels within the Trust.
