Cash Application Specialist

Robert Half is currently working with a client looking to fill a Cash Application Specialist position. The Cash Application Specialist will be responsible for processing high volume transactions for the accounts receivable department. The Cash Application Specialist will ideally have experience working in a high-volume environment and previous accounts receivable experience. Major responsibilities

• Handle all differences and discrepancies such as payment issues
• Manage accounts receivables and remittances
• Record daily payments including wires, ACH credit transfers, and checks to customer accounts
• Attend to customer database accounts
• Handle weekly general ledger reports
• 2+ years working in an accounts receivable department
• Must maintain a high level of accuracy and be detail oriented
• Knowledge of Cash Applications
• Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
