Description:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in cash application or related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong 10 key data entry skills
100% on site
Monday - Friday - East Memphis location

Responsibilities:
Post daily cash transactions, including ACH, wire transfers, and checks, to customer accounts.
Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies promptly.
Perform daily reconciliation of multiple bank deposits.
Communicate verbally with the Credit Department regarding any cash application issues.
Reconcile monthly with the Treasury Manager.
Maintain organized filing of bank documents.
Process approved write-offs, offsets, and re-agings.
Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
