Job Purpose:
Due to the continuous growth of the business, we are embarking on an exciting Business Change programme to create a new Finance Shared Service. This is truly exciting time for us, as the shared centre will add value to existing services whilst improving system scalability and global collaboration.
To achieve this goal, we are establishing brand new teams and departments. Be sure that comprehensive knowledge transfer will be an important part of the initial phase.
And setting up a new team is not the only objective ahead of us. In 2024/2025, we are planning to implement a new company-wide ERP system, Dynamics365, so your creativity, proactivity, knowledge, and skills will be fully utilized once again.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years general management service delivery experience in O2C cash application SSC operations, with a track record of managing teams
• 1-2 years of people management experience with the ability to effectively direct and prioritise work of others
• Applied experience in O2C cash application process
• Demonstrate logical thought process to simplify complex issues and technical concepts, and to facilitate issue resolution
• Ability to interact with company stakeholders to ensure a high quality of service, while balancing expectations and realisations
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with a proactive approach, accustomed to working towards tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality of work

• Ensure cash application tasks are done timely and accurately
• Drive unapplied cash reduction together with the team
• Receive and manage escalations or issues in relation to cash application
• Prepare ad-hoc AR reporting
• Drive process improvements & optimization
• Manage a team split into 2 locations (Brno and Bangalore)
• Mentor and guide direct reports, sharing expertise and knowledge to support growth and development
• Ensure cash application team members are meeting performance targets & Key performance indicators (KPIs) and investigate when not achieved
• Cooperate with other SSC streams and collaborate with other stakeholders outside of SSC
