Description:
WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT?
The Cash Management Officer is responsible for supporting Cash Management products and services to new, established and target prospective corporate customers.
Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the Head of Cash Management assist with the end-to-end client experience for onboarding and servicing, fulfilling client requests and resolving operational issues.
Building strong working relationships with key delivery partners including ITO, Global Markets, Corporate Coverage and regional Transaction Banking teams.
Escalation & follow up of problems/technical issues with internal and regional teams (product/system)
Proactively reach out to the client in support of bank initiatives/ events involving sensitive/complex communication, under the guidance of the Head of Cash Management.
Assist with general and adhoc projects as directed by Head of Cash Management.
