Within the Corporate Bank, Corporate Cash Management’s focus lies on optimizing our clients’ national and international payment transactions, providing advice on cash management solutions, and automating and digitizing processes.
Corporate Cash Management provides solutions and products in the areas of payment transactions, liquidity, merchant solutions and FX automation.
Our sales approach is holistic: we focus on the customer and tailor product offerings to individual needs.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • You have completed an apprenticeship in banking or studies with an above-average degree
  • You have professional experience in the corporate customer sector, preferably experience in the independent management of a customer portfolio
  • You show a great interest and fun in sales, as well as a high level of customer orientation and ideally have knowledge of cash management products
  • You demonstrate a high level of commitment and flexibility with regard to changing tasks and areas of application, as well as enjoy working in an international environment with a focus on the Chinese market
  • You have a convincing appearance, strong contact and teamwork skills as well as good communication skills
  • You speak Mandarin and English fluently; Knowledge of German is desirable
  • Willingness to travel within Germany/Europe

Responsibilities:

  • You will manage a global portfolio with regional treasury centres in direct customer contact; focus is on German-Chinese customer relationships
  • You take responsibility for new and existing business in the area of Cash Management
  • You structure “overall solutions” for complex customers from the existing cash product range and identify cross-selling approaches to other products
  • You act as the first point of contact for customers and process customer inquiries independently or coordinate inquiries with the relevant internal experts
  • You are willing to further expand your existing knowledge of national and international customer requirements/product information and the bank’s capacities
  • You are familiar with legal, regulatory and banking policy requirements and act accordingly
