Wide Eyes Open Palms Cafe (WEOP) in Long Beach is looking for a part time cashier to join our amazing team!
We are a women-owned specialty coffee shop and seasonal cafe with a love for sustainability and serving our community. We specialize in made from scratch craft beverages and stellar customer service. Our beverage program is complimented by a seasonal pastry and brunch menu that is all made fresh, in house, everyday.
We’re located at 416 Cherry Ave, in the 4th St Retro Row district of Long Beach. You can find out more about us through our social media @wideeyesopenpalms.
Our ideal candidate is a lover of the finer things in life, and a kind, hardworking soul with some experience in the service industry.
Starting hourly wage with tips is $24-$32, with opportunities for growth within a company of dedicated, fun, respectful people. Part-time to start with full time potential.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION, SUCH AS:

*Having worked in a fast paced establishment with focus on customer service. Such as In-n-Out. *Having worked as a server in a fast paced sit-down dining restaurant. *Having a passion for healthy food and craft coffee.
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Compensation is $24.00 - $32.00/hour.
About Wide Eyes Open Palms: We are a Specialty Coffee and Seasonal Food Cafe located at 416 Cherry Ave in sunny Long Beach, CA. One barista and one chef, passionate about seasonality and sustainability, living the dream each and every day. We are feminists and food activists who believe in bringing quality food and beverages to our Long Beach community, which then supports local farmers and coffee producers around the world. Creating from the heart space, we love and appreciate the taste the earth provides us and the community it connects. Prioritizing local and sustainable sourcing means that our menus will be changing with the seasons and the farmers market availability.
