Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
• Creating and implementing engaging learning experiences aligned with anzuk’s philosophy.
• Cultivating strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Ensuring a safe and supportive environment conducive to children’s growth and development.

Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and anzuk’s values.

Pay:

• Diploma qualified educators from $40 an hour excluding super, pending experience.
• Cert 3 educators from $34 an hour excluding super, pending experience.
