Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Casual Hospitality Assistants will provide assistance in the daily front of house operations of the Waterfront Pantry, including meeting room and dining room set ups/pack downs and general waiter service over all dining periods.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Effectively work with other team members to deliver front of house and food andbeverage services, maintain service standards and processes, ensuring directed tasksare carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring guests are greeted professionallywith a high standard of presentation, to ensure professional delivery of services.
- Preparation and maintenance of function and meeting rooms, including set up andpack down of furniture.
- Stocking of tea and coffee stations and ensuring communal catering areas are keptclean and tidy.
- Preparation of Barista Coffee as needed Food and beverage service including.breakfast, lunch and dinner service and corporate event catering.
- Conduct payment transactions.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative where appropriate.
- Performing any additional tasks as instructed, consistent with the scope andclassification of the position.
