- Being available to fill in for regular security personnel as needed and covering shifts on a relief basis, ensuring continuous security coverage.
- Performing thorough searches of passengers, vehicles and freight entering or exiting designated areas to prevent unauthorised items from entering the premises
- Documenting search activities accurately and comprehensively, maintaining detailed records of findings and actions taken
- Interacting with passengers and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner, addressing inquiries and assisting with any concerns or issues that arise
- Responding promptly and effectively to security incidents, including breaches, disturbances or emergencies, and taking appropriate action to resolve the situation and minimise risk
- Conducting regular patrols of designated areas to monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards or security breaches, and taking proactive measures to maintain a secure environment

- SIA Licence
- Access to vehicle/good transport links
- 2 years Security Experience (Door supervision or Maritime experience preferred)
- Right to work
- 5yr checkable history including employment and / or education
- Flexible on working hours/days
- Ability to get to site at short notice
- Good customer service experience
