Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To assist in managing overall cat care & boarding operations and SOP
- To upkeep boarding facility housekeeping, general cleanliness and hygiene
- To assist in taking care of resident and boarding cats including grooming, showering, feeding, administering of medication (when required) & cleaning etc.
- To maintain and ensure accurate inventory level through weekly stock take
- To provide excellent customer service at all times
- To promote products or services when required
- To perform basic cashiering and payment transactions
- Other Ad-Hoc duties when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- min 1 year work experiences in tourism/hospitality or veterinary science
- min 1 year of sales experience background (optional)
- Passionate and confidence handling with cats and sales
- Highly Responsible & Committed in an animal environment
- Willing to learn & fast learner
- Team Work + Detail Oriented + Proactive + Positive working attitude
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English communication
