REQUIRED SKILLS

Responsibilities:

As a Category Analyst, your role will entail two primary functions: refining the overarching Sourcing Strategy within the category and providing invaluable support to the category team in their management and sourcing activities. Your responsibilities will include leading investigations into market dynamics and supplier relationships, utilising complex data analysis techniques to uncover synergies and opportunities throughout the procurement process.

Your key tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct analysis for RFPs, including data interpretation and reporting.
  • Engage with stakeholders to tailor analysis based on project requirements.
  • Drive market investigations and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Draft reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assess CPI exposure and conduct supplier send analysis.
  • Manage contract databases and provide contract support.
