We are in search of a Project Manager to join our team, predominantly operating remotely but with a preference for individuals in the Eastern Standard Time zone or those able to work according to this time zone. This role is part of the telecom industry and is based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for handling various procurement-related tasks, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, among other responsibilities. This opportunity offers a contractual employment arrangement.

• Handle procurement tasks with a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Negotiate contracts and be familiar with contract language and processes.
• Have experience with MSP VMS Workday Fieldglass or similar systems.
• Maintain strong communication with key stakeholders and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Negotiate cost savings and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Work as an individual contributor reporting to a Strategic Lead/Analyst.
• Lead spend analysis and market analysis to deliver the best possible results for the business.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and manage complex contracts and RFPs.
• Drive change management to improve procurement processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor/business partner to provide sourcing, vendor management, and procurement support across all areas of the organization.
• Proven experience in a Project Manager role or similar
• Excellent customer service skills and experience in a client-facing role
• Proficient in reporting, training, and quality control
• Experience in contract administration and vendor relations
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage and lead a team
• Knowledge of project management software ‘About Time’
• Experience in workstation support and troubleshooting
• Excellent negotiation and procurement skills
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively
• Knowledge of best practices in project management
• Experience in process improvement and change management
• Proficient in sourcing and vendor management
• Ability to work onsite when required
• Experience with ‘Workday’ project management software
• Ability to deal with external customers professionally and effectively
• Knowledge of market analysis strategies
• Experience in contracting would be a plus.
