Description:

As our new Category Manager, you will support Indirect Procurement and be responsible for driving strategic and operational tasks leading to stronger Procurement coverage i WS Audiology. You will be accountable for the direction and performance delivery of the Procurement function for Corporate Marketing. You will act as a conduit between the business and the suppliers and possess outstanding influencing and negotiating skills, for this EUR 12 million spend.
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience
- Commercial and cost driver knowledge within Indirect services, preferably within the marketing category.
- Multibrand and/or Multichannel experience.
- Solid understanding and experience from FMCG industry, preferably within an international organizations.
- Over 5 years’ experience in a materials-related role.

- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal - ability to clearly demonstrate and explain financial performance, business drivers and opportunities to a range of audiences.
- Ability to work and manage external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver results within designated timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Supplier relationship, negotiations, performance management and development.
- Identification of alternative partners/vendors to optimize cost and or reduce risk.
- Execute sourcing tasks and tenders through established procedures and processes.
- Effective engagement of a complex mix of senior stakeholders withing Corporate Marketing.
- Stakeholder management and engagement – local, regional and global.
- Ensure risk allocation and mitigation through stakeholder and supplier alignment.
- Develop and execute Strategic Category Plans.
- Support the global Procurement targets in accordance with the annual objectives.
