We are currently seeking an experienced category manager to build the category strategy, and who can create high value cross-organizational in close collaboration with selected suppliers through SRM (Supplier Relationship Management).
Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in defining and executing the energy category strategy aligned to business needs whilst working with the guidelines of the Danish Crown Energy Policy
- Define and implement category strategy contributing to transforming Danish Crown into a net zero company by 2050 including renewable energy sources
- Co-lead the Danish Crown Group Energy Board in conjunction with the Danish Crown Head of Sustainability
- Deliver on targets for the category (value and ESG)
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Establish advanced market insights, and be seen as Subject Matter Expert
- Establish risk mitigation strategies
- Conduct tenders and complex negotiation
