About The Role As Catman Expert for Panama you will develop and implement regional Retail Category Development strategies that increase the value of the categories in which our company participates, focusing on the needs of customers, the consumer and the shopper. What You Will Do Lead the growth of all the categories through productivity analysis with their clients for the different RE/categories Give post-implementation follow-up to the strategies (planograms and initiatives) that have been implemented with the clients as well as evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed objectives Generate periodic reviews of the categorie’s performance with the different clients to give recommendations of 5Ps Align local strategies and tactics to develop planograms aligned with the strategies agreed with the client in search of category growth Prepare and share relevant communications (Catmans News, Scorecards) to strengthen the relationship with the client at all levels Carry out periodic reviews at the retail environment level, in coordination with the Retail Environment Managers & Marketing in search of opportunities for Colgate in the categories Share and develop selling stories regarding opportunities for category growth, in accordance with CATMAN business principles. Communicate progress in the implementation of projects, planimetrics and performance of the categories aligned with the commercial principles of Catman (ICPE Catman) Carry out collaborative work with the instore team in search of implementing plans with excellent in-store. Provide support in JBP (Joint Business Planning), Top to Top meetings with key clients to present proposals and project results.
Allocate at least 10% of their working time to make visits to points of sale to verify implementations and see opportunities for improvement What You Need (Required Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related At least 2 years of experience as local Catman Advanced handling of Microsoft Excel, Tableau and Space Planning or Spaceman Experience in the mass consumption industry is required Photo editing programs preferred Sales, Customer Relations and Marketing experience is a plus Intermediate-Advanced English Level Our Commitment to Sustainability With the Colgate brand in more homes than any other, we are presented with great opportunities and new challenges as we work to integrate sustainability into all aspects of our business and create positive social impact.
