aEUR- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing or relevant;
aEUR- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in Procurement or Category Management;
aEUR- Negotiation, marketing, and sales courses are an advantage;
aEUR- Knowledge of the specifics of the pharmaceutical market is an advantage;
aEUR- Microsoft Office skills (Power point, Excel);
aEUR- English level - intermediate to advanced level;
aEUR- Analytical thinking, problem solving, decision making, teamwork.
aEUR- Negotiations and implementation of the commercial conditions for the allocated portfolio;
aEUR- Regularly review the shelf life of the products and propose solutions for their sale;
aEUR- Tracks the achievement of the negotiated target to obtain the related discounts;
aEUR- Monitor compliance with contractual clauses for service contracts;
aEUR- Tracks the status of open invoices and receipts from clients in the assigned portfolio;
aEUR- Analyses and negotiates with suppliers to obtain a margin per product and additional budgets;
aEUR- Informs the sales team on price changes that may occur on the non-RX portfolio;
aEUR- Analyses and proposes price, margin, and category changes to existing products in the portfolio;
aEUR- Set the objectives of each campaign (sales plan, margin achieved, budget) and monitor achievement;
aEUR- Keeps track of budgets used in campaigns;
aEUR- Ensures that the set margin targets are met
