WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Experience working in the team and catering or hospitality.
  • Basic kitchen skills.
  • Interest in the cuisine and furthering knowledge of food.
  • Level 2 Certificate in Food Hygiene.
  • Ability to read and implement instructions, such as Health and Safety, and Food Hygiene Regulations.
  • Able to use and clean machinery and light equipment.
  • Able to learn new skills and follow instructions.
  • Able to encourage children to select a balanced meal.
  • Able to communicate with kitchen staff, school staff and children.
  • Able to work on own and within the team.
  • Display and maintain high standard of personal hygiene.
  • Work effectively in a busy environment.

Salary: £26,238 pro rata. Actual Salary: £12,524.64
