1. ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Catering Manager is essential for managing events, creating menus, supervising staff, controlling finances, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating operations.
2. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning and organizing catering events. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, create. event proposals, and coordinate all aspects of the event, including menus, budgets, timelines, and logistics.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Collaborating with chefs and culinary teams to develop menus that meet clients’ preferences, dietary restrictions, and event themes.
- Ensuring food quality is high, maintaining standards for taste, presentation, and food safety.
- Overseeing the smooth execution of catering events.
