Job Introduction
We are seeking to appoint a Catering Supervisor in Dublin 16 to assist with production and delivery of high-quality cost-effective food in a happy and safe environment. The successful candidate will work alongside the Catering Manager and Head Chef to ensure a quality food service that contributes positively to the everyday life of the school.
Our catering team is an integral part of school life. They interact on a day-to-day basis with all members of the school community, students, staff and visitors. For this reason, a positive work ethic and a friendly helpful disposition are essential qualities for this role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Supervise kitchen and front of house teams
• Oversee the setup and serving of hot and/or cold foods from counters and steamtables
• Ensuring equipment and workstations is sanitized
• Reads recipes and/or product directions and estimate food requirements
• Overseeing the replenishment of food from counters and steam table and break down stations at the end of meal periods
