Are you passionate about CBT and Supervision? Do you have experience managing clinical teams?
We’re looking for a motivated and personable individual to join us as a CBT Supervision Team Leader! In this role you will provide high quality line management to our team of CBT Supervisors, whilst providing supervision to our 8 CBT Therapists. You will play an important role of ensuring our high standards of Clinical Supervision are met for both our permanent and clinical network of CBT Therapists, through managing capacity for CBT Supervision and working closely with the Team Manager in reviewing the impact of Clinical Supervision on recovery and other clinical outcomes. You will also manage a small caseload within your role.

Support the High Intensity Manager in ensuring that effective recovery supervision arrangements are in place and a solid supervisory structure is maintained for all elements of the CBT service delivery
Work collaboratively with the High Intensity Manager and other team leads in establishing a recovery supervision process that focuses on issues related to patient recovery
Adhere to an agreed activity schedule relating to the number of client contact interventions and clinical sessions during treatment in order to minimise waiting times and ensure treatment delivery remains accessible and convenient
Provide line management for CBT Supervisors, conducting monthly 121s and review of objectives for their post on an annual basis and/or assessing competences in line with CBT accreditation
Participate in own clinical supervision and supervision of supervision as provided by Xyla Digital Therapies
Act as an additional contact point for the escalation of risk and safeguarding issues

BABCP recognised Supervision qualification or training
Proven experience working in IAPT and using IAPTus
Proven experience managing a team
