- Ensure 100% orders are delivered complete, on time and within P&G standards.
- Customer service -> Raise the bar with service in each market we serve P&G health products.
- Collaboration and communication with commercial teams -> Effective and proactive communication, anticipating needs, seeking solutions to challenges related to product supply.
- Data analysis -> Effective interpretation of information to drive strategic decision making and detection of improvement opportunitie
Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, you will responsible for order management and customer service for Central America, Caribbean, Bolivia and Ecuador. Tasks include control of 100% of P&G Health orders since customer entry until final delivery, manage customer specific requests and ensuring P&G gives the best service in the market.
Administrative processes related to order processing.
- Ensure 100% orders are delivered complete, on time and within P&G standards.
